this park has great views but the sites are a bit tight. the bathrooms are not very clean.the reason for such a low rating was the staff. I have never come across such people in all my travels.they run around the park in golf carts looking for rule violators. I can live with rules, but when you are paying $100.00 for an rv spot, you expect the staff to have a better attitude.

As with the other reviews, love the view from ocean view sites on the cliff side; however, if you are on the inside, you can't see the ocean. Some of the sites are very tight, and leveling is a huge problem. It's a beach community, so don't expect much more. It is expensive, but in CA, you are paying for the Malibu location. Have never used the bathrooms.

I just got back from Malibu RV park and found it very nice. It was a little tight but really not that bad. Nice view from just about and camp sight in the place. I would go back. At the bottom of the trail was a nice fish and chip type place and if you tell them you are from the park they will give you 10% off the price of your meal. Good stuff.

Cliffside sites overlook PCH and the ocean. Wide enough for awning and come with picnic tables. There is a beautiful view. There are other non cliffside sites, but I can't comment on them as I haven't used them. Access roads are a bit tight, hard for bigger rigs. I'd give the bathrooms a rating of 5 on a scale of 1-10. Usable, but not real clean or inviting. Mini store has some food and RV supplies. Access to beach is across PCH via car or walk under the road in a tunnel. It is a bit on the pricey side, our family of 5 was charged nearly $80 for one night due to extra charges for more than 2 people.

The views are excellent. The spaces are just dirt and access can be tight - in some spots if someone is hooking up you may have a wait to get by, especially along the front ocean-view row. But we didn't have much trouble getting our 28' TT and there were lots of larger TT and MH. You can walk down a dirt path and under the highway to get to the beach. We also drove north about 5 miles to Zuma beach. Not much of a clubhouse or other amenities, and since its very hilly, kids can't really ride bikes or scooters, but you're paying for the great view. There are two good restaurants within walking distince too. We do plan to go back.
