I was between a 3 and 4. park is dirt and gravel, our site was very level. It is and older park but long and pretty wide spots. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is some road noise as it is next to the I-40. Very easy in and out. We would stay here again.

Received from Ray Evans for visit in May 2009

OK for a short stay. Sites are large enough, but not as level as I would like. Sites are dirt and a light rain produced a muddy situation at our site.Management is friendly and services are good. Free WiFi works (something I find to be uncommon).

Restrooms & showers, dump station, public phone, laundry, ltd RV supplies, LP gas, heated pool, spa, horseshoes, rec hall, game room. Easy access. Pretty, well landscaped. People were friendly. Everything was clean and well maintained. In nearby Old Town there is an excellent restaurant called High Noon.
