Our family first stayed here in 2005 and then returned again in 2006 because we enjoyed it so much. This is the campground that we measure other campgrounds to. The staff is wonderful. The owners are very attentive and want to make sure you enjoy your stay. The kids enjoyed the rec room and arts and crafts, the pool and the mini-golf (we did too). We met some very lovely people both times. One of the most important features that we look for is clean restrooms. The bathrooms are VERY clean and well maintained. The only reason we have not returned is because we have been camping in other states but the next time we are camping in the Finger Lake area you can be sure that we will be staying at Hickory Hill!!

This is one of the best campgrounds we have been to. It is a little pricey, but they have so many activities for the kids and adults that it was worth it. The campground was clean and everyone very friendly. We were in the pull-thru section and had a very nice site. My kids took full advantage of all the daily activities that are offered. There are two pools and two playgrounds. The staff was extremely friendly and they worked hard to make your stay was a pleasant one. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 loved this campground. Probably the cleanest camp we have ever seen. great activities in their activity hall, including a toy area for the little ones! Great idea if it rains! Wagon rides with their costume character- Scamper the squirrel. The mini-golf was swept clean (most aren't). staff recommended our site, and it was exactly what we wanted. The best part were the bathrooms; the cleanest I have ever experienced, and the shower is large enough you can actually take a shower without the shower curtain sticking to you!

This park was a real pleasure. Easy access from the main Highway (Rt 17) but far enough away from town as to have a rural feeling. The office personnel were very pleasant. They allowed you to use your credit card with your Good Sam discount. (Some don't). We happened to get a site out in the grassy area (by ourselves, which we love). There are plenty of trees, but not enough to impede your getting into the park. All-in-all I really liked this park. 185 total. 120W, 60S, 120E(30/50amps). Tent area, rental cabins and trailers. Two swimming pools, bike rentals, fishing, game room/arcade, mini-golf, laundromat, movies, camp store, planned activities, picnic tables and fire rings at each site, camp store, restrooms, showers, laundromat, dump, public phone, AND WOULD YOU BELIEVE (?) they have therapeutic massages available. Restaurants and stores nearby. There is a Tops food store and a Kmart in Bath. Lots of planned activities. When we stayed they had a pork roast for everyone staying in the park. In hot weather they charge extra for using your AC. The dump station was located in the back of the park and was a little difficult to access. It was obvious when the campground was laid out, that great care was taken to preserve as much of the natural flora and fauna as possible. Also, many of the permanent residents had planted flowers and bushes which added to the esthetic beauty. The owner and his wife were very evident and very friendly as was the staff in the park. Grounds were really lovely and well maintained.
