This park is on the outskirts of Austin, away from the crowds but close to downtown, about a 10 minute drive. Park has lots of oak trees. There are spaces for daily/weekly and long term. Park is very clean with clean showers, laundry, pool and hot tub, and workout room. This park is one of the best in Austin. Long term RV'ers like me wait to get a space and some people leave an still rent the space so they can come back.

This park is on the east side of the outskirts of Austin. It is about a 10 minute straight shot into downtown Austin from the location. It is a nice clean park, but some of the sites are much better than others. Even though there were many nice open sites with wider spacing, they inexplicably put us in a very narrow site with a broken concrete pad and tree limbs hanging down over our RV and right butt up next to another RV and big trees. We could not even put our awning down because it was so tight between the trees and the other RV. We were a bit perplexed and annoyed to say the least, especially since it was very hot that time of the year and because the other wider sites never did get used while we were there. But, since we were just there to go to a wedding in Austin, we did not feel like going to the trouble to complain. However, though I might go back there again if I had to, I would definitely check out other places first, and if I did go back, I would ask about the open sites first a then ask for an available one that gave us more privacy and room, or ask for a good explanation as to why I could not get one of those sites.

Level pull-thrus and back-ins on concrete, some sites open and some in shade, full hook-ups including 50-amp and cable. Nice clean park with friendly staff. Free WiFi near office. In Austin visit the Taxas State Capitol and History Center. Moderate price.
