I agree that the staff was grumpy and not very helpfull. I requested a shady rv site as my trailer has no A/C unit. Our site had zero shade! When I asked to change my site he told me that "I gave you the best site we have, I've been here for years and I think I know that best sites. But if you want to pick you own site than be my guest.... I did pick my own site and guess what, it was so shady it was downright cold in my trailer. not sure i would stay at this rv park again. Maybe they have new staff!! that would be a welcomed change.

Great location, super views, pet friendly. We liked the hands-off management style while sited. Lady clerk in the store was extremely rude. It's a mixed bag as far as site selection. I had to climb on the roof and cut limbs off the shade tree to get in the slot, my buddy had to do the same in his slot. As mentioned previously, some of the sites are very tight. The dirt turns into mess when it rains which may bother folks not used to boonie camping. I didn't use the showers and was glad I didn't have to after seeing the bathroom one morning. Good cable TV. Definitely a park to base out of rather than a camp to stay in and enjoy.

Conveniently located to Zion National Park entrance. Most employees not very friendly...kinda grumpy. However, was extremely blessed to be helped by a "working camper" named Brenda. What a gem she was! Expensive laundry facilities and not all working properly. Public toilets/showers not well cleaned. Tent sites were very small/crowded. But, since we didn't have to deal with public facilities or tent sites...it was an overall pleasant experience. Just try not to have to deal with the grumpy people in the office. We had site A26 (best site they had w/full hookups).

1/2 mile from park entrance, "shuttle bus for park stops in front of campground," walk to shopping and restaurants, mostly back-ins, cable, modem hook-up at office, friendly staff. This is the place to stay when visiting Zion. Moderate to expensive prices.
