Modem friendly, fax, copies, mail boxes, laundry-wash, pet play area and pet sitting. At the time we were there, the laundry was closed due to drought. Also, units have to been self-contained due to the fact that there are no showers or public restrooms. Very easy to get into.
This wasn't the most picturesque park I've ever seen but for a stay-overnight park while going to or from somewhere I would recommend it..
The owners run the park and live on premise, they were very nice.
There really wasn't a lot of upkeep needed. The park was very small, did not have restrooms or showers.
