I was able to get a wooded site in the E-section, and fairly close to the bathhouse. My 20 yr old daughter wanted to be closer to the pool, so I rented a golf cart (well worth it). This preserve is very nice - clean, well maintained and alot of attention to detail. All the TT personnel were great, and security was very helpful to my other daughter who was bringing my grandson (12) for an overnighter. The "kids" enjoyed the pool, game room, mini golf, icecream at the store and I got to relax! All 3 pools were clean and very refreshing. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. The spa according to the posted notice is "very old and needs rest" - in all seriousness, it will be up and running as soon as possible. Wonderful preserve on the Piankatank River. 373 full hook up sites, cabins and tenting area, adult pool, family pool and baby pool, much much more.

Went for a TT presentation, and while sunny, it was very very windy (kept blowing out my pilot light). Beautiful location on the Piankatank River, with swimming area, game room, spa, two pools, adult lounge, well stocked store (just reopening/remodeling), and a few beautiful wooded campsites in another section (the only section open during my stay was 'D', which didn't have much privacy). All full hookups, and area for tenting, cabins and deluxe trailers. Wal-mart & Food Lion within 15 miles of CG. As it was their second weekend open from winter break, there were a few other campers there, and lots of onsite storage. Close enough for day trips to Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, Jamestown, etc. A nice campground with a lot of potential. I camped here in March in a pop up camper.
