well I stayed there for two years and would never never go back. the place is the pitts!!!! the people are rude here. watch out for fran he is the golf cart king he tryed to run me off the road, because my lights went out than he called the police on me, what a laugh. the water smells like eggs 24hrs that is because the water test failed there were a few that were very nice. if you have a prolem dont go to the office, you will get no answer from them. a lot of people left this year, alot of them were there for 35 yrs plus do not use the bathrooms you may get sick? if you go there watch your back on every one there. we got either place. the campers are to close, and some of them can or will try to first fight with you. well good luck campers. i will rate this place as a 0 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually did not even stay here but am looking for a new campground to call home. We drove about halfway through the park and we were done. All the sites were close together and looked dirty. All sites had leaves strewn everywhere. No clean up at all. Made the drive-by look dark and uninviting. Definitely not a place I would consider camping at.

Looking at their website, they played it out like we would have a great spot. The location of the site that we were given did not meet expectation. The spot was right next to where they parked all of the golf carts and the red storage barn. I wanted to leave after being there for only a few hours.
The lake took almost an hour to find from where we setup the RV. The events were also very disappointing. The 4th of July Carnival was pathetic.
The amenities were lacking allot. The showers and bathrooms were way outdated.
I tried to go to the front office to express my disappointment but they seemed to be distracted when I walked to the front porch.
2 positive items to note though: I can say that the playground was nice and the lake as nice to swim in, once we found it.
We could not rental Golf cart unless we were actually golfing. You need one in order to get around most of the property though. We really felt left out from the other families staying there. They were seasonal and had their own Golf carts.
I had high hopes for this location based upon the other online reviews but am not sure if I will return.

Hidden Valley is located in the southeast part of New Hamphire. Most of the campsites were seasonal sites. Our site was located away from these seasonal sites just below the par 3 golf course. We picked Hidden Valley because it was the closest campground to our destination of Big Island pond. We were visiting friends. During the time of our stay, it rained and thundered most of the time. There was only one place to shower which was located a good distance away from the tent sites where we were located. This campground caters to the seasonal campers. The last weekend in June there were lots of sites available. Could have been a better time, if we had better weather.
