This park has a great location and front row sites have a totally uncluttered view of the Atlantic Ocean. That said, sites are very pricey, narrow & crowded..the-neighbors-will-hear-your-conversations-close! Back row sites are nearly as pricey & have road noise & no view because the front row is packed so tight. The beach was soft, gravel-y & sloped so as to make walking challenging. Also folks running large dogs off leash on the beach. Owners & staff were courteous. Laundromat convenient. Extra wide sidewalk on opposite of A1A was great for biking to Flagler for breakfast!

I agree with both of the above reviews. This is a fabulous location, right on the ocean, and a short drive north to Daytona or south to St. Augustine. The sites are small, but more than adequate for even the largest motorhome. The staff is very friendly and the grounds and buildings are clean and well maintained. The only down side is that the resteraunt is no longer in operation, and the price is fairly high, but, considering the location, I feel it's justified. We liked it so much we have already reserved the entire month of May for next year.

Spent a month here and for a place on the ocean it was fine. The sites are a little tight, but we were able to park the trailer/truck and car on our site and still have some room. Having the back window looking out to the ocean, watching the dolphins play and swim up and down the shore line was worth the cost. The staff was friendly and the people that were camping seemed to stay less than a month. So we saw lots of coming and going and met lots of nice folks. We would go back if we were going to be in that area again.

Beverly Beach Camptown gets a top rating from Mark and Deb! Doesn't our camper look nice sitting here? It was a nice clean park, and if you get the Ocean View you are right next to the sea wall! Your picnic table is in perfect view to the Ocean's edge. There is a restaurant store combo on site where you can almost get anything you forgot oh and fresh ice and beer! The Bathrooms are air conditioned and were well kept. There are two locations in the campgrounds. The only downside in the bathrooms I saw was it was very hard to regulate the water in the office bathroom location, but in fairness they were working on some problems. Wireless internet connection for those of you with lap tops, but the downfall is you have to be packing your computer to the office or the outside area to access the internet. But it is there and free to the campers if you need it or want it. Personally Mark could of set them up better than their own network guy because he could of made it possible where you could access the internet from your campers with access codes and the outside community would not be able to hack in to it. If you like socializing while camping you will like your neighbors in this park, they were quite friendly and this is a pet friendly park! There is a dog walk for you to curb your pet and best of all you can walk on this part of the beach with your pet! Everyone in the camptown was quite friendly and who wouldn't be with beach front property huh? There is no playground here but who needs that when you have the beach as your playground right? It does have meeting halls on site as well as this unlike many other beach side camp grounds accepts tent campers. So pack up often and hit this area you will be glad you did. We had a fabulous time at Beverly Beach and we want to go back as often as funds allow. Because it is a little expensive and a little tighter camping than we would like but hey it is the ocean right If I had my way I would sell my home and make this my home.
