Do like the last part of this campground's name and GO somewhere else. To start, the restrooms were just filthy. If you like bugs showering with you and spiders all over you while you do your business then this is the place. The kids were unable to use the all torn swings and the playground was more of a litter box for the number of stay cats running around. The kids had bingo every morning, they went once and didn't want to return.
Recommendation from a long time camper, skip this one and go on to the next one. It is not worth it.

We chose this campground after reading reviews about heavy train traffic through the other Hershey campground. We found it awsome! We camped with 2 small children and my 64 year old mother in law who has only camped one other time. We had a full hook up site across from the playground. It was very quiet and spacious, the children loved the playground and the feeding the fish in the large pond (small to huge fish go crazy on bread!) The lots were level and the store and staff were great. Highly recomended for the whole family and very close to hershey park.

Unlike the older reveiw for this campground,we found the restrooms were not filthy. The restroom are older but a well maintained. They were always clean when we used them. The free showers always had plenty of hot water. The sites are fairly large and pretty much level. The store is small but has the necessities. It is only located about 20 minutes from Hershey Amusment Park. There is a big covered pravilion if the weather gets bad. They had a nice playground for the kids to play at. If your a tenter, the sites are fairly large. I'd try for sites starting at A and work up the alphbet. I'd have no quams at staying at this park again.

This place was kind of a dump. The sites were spacious, but little or no attention was paid to upkeep of the facilities. The bathrooms were filthy and my wife had to go to the office to tell them so. The "playground" was a lawsuit waiting to happen. Broken boards, nails sticking out, pipes sticking out of the ground, unbelievable. The pool water was actually clean, but there were bugs and debris floating on top. We drove into town to use the community pool. Also, the rocks surrounding the pool that were set in some type of plaster mastic were breaking off, exposing sharp edges. It is obvious the owners take no interest in the facility, which was 1/2 empty despite being 4th of July weekend. It is a shame because it is very convenient to Hershey Park (about 8 miles or so). If there were maintenance people around I didn't see them. Wouldn't even think of going back there!!!!
