My son and I spent 3 nights at the campground, tent camping. Overall the site was very clean...the office staff were very professional, and always nice and kind to us. We are looking forward to traveling and staying there again !! Definitely recommend !!

The staff is rude, except for one older lady that worked in the office. I think it might be her husband is the owner, what a piece work he is. Electric is poor at best. river sites are best, but they are very close together. We stayed 2 nights and found a much nicer campground about a 1/4 mile east of there. The staff there went out of their way to help us.

VERY clean restrooms, had a nice shady spot right on the river. Great owners! Helped us when our van would not start! Close to locks. Beautiful view of the boats and Canada.

Campground has no sewer hookups and no honey wagon but charges at the equalivalent rate for having those services. In our 20 years of rv'ing we have never encountered a group of campers (seasonal locals here to fish) as rude as the guests here. They think nothing of trespassing on your site, not picking up behind their dogs and generally treating you as an outsider.

We have been camping since th e early 70's and have never had an experience like the treatment we recieved at Soo Locks Campground. Asked for a site close to water when making reservations, upon arrival told coach was too big, given a site farther back on the blacktop, second day there management turned of our water supply while we were gone to dinner, thinking we had a water leak, never left note or made any contact with us, found out from another camper, it was air conditoners dripping. Forth night there we were confronted by a woman who never bothered to identify herself before starting to read us the riot act about our dogs doing there business in the wrong place. It should be noted that this park has no designated pet area, only two small remote signs stating to clean up after pets. My wife is a fanatic about cleaning up after her dogs. This park has small spaces, serious low voltage problems, did I mention over priced, and management who have serious attitude issues, and in my opinion are just plain mean spirted. If this was the last campground in Michigan I wouldn't stay in it again.

New restrooms and showers! We were 1 of 5 units in the park. If park would have been full you would not have room to step out of your unit without touching the neighbors unit! THAT CLOSE! Grass on the sites and a spectacular view of the river and the boats!

Mostly level pull-ins and back-ins on gravel, electric and water, dump station, premium sites face water to watch freighters and sailboats. No washing RVs. Near Soo Locks, Soo Lock boat rides and museums. Campground a short distance from downtown. Reservations needed for permium sites. Moderate to Expensive prices.
