Very friendly & helpful staff, nice campgrounds, very good activities; would definitely stay again! We have a 24' travel trailer.

1. Called in advance to get a good site - changed upon arrival. 2. Safety concerns - CG needs general repair as many of the wood partitions holding gravel are coming apart (can tell been that way for a long period) whereby anyone could be seriously hurt with punctures by the nails sticking out. 3. Very cramped and staff not as helpful as other KOA's. 4. Also promised cable when reserving site - we had no cable at our site.....due to the change.

We were nickled and dimed to DEATH. Kids $5/night, jump on the trampoline $5/day, visiters $5, cable (15 channels) $2/night and the real kick in the pants was the extra $5 fee each night as a 'walk-in'. We were told in advance by phone that we didn't need reservations. When we arrived they penalized us EACH day an extra $5 because we were walk-ins. We questioned this fee and were told 'too bad - so sad'. We will never return. In the two days we were there we paid $150 (2 nights, 3 kids who wanted to jump on the trampoline, 2 visitors, 15 tv channels). We can't afford to return!

Our RV is staying there as Extended Stay. Sites, bath houses, laundry and whirlpool are all clean and working properly.
Mostly back in sites. No cable connections for extended stay sites.
High Price is only complaint.

Pull-thrus and back-ins (if you pay a discounted price you do not get a pull-thru), unclean sites (paper, cans, broken glass, cigarettes butts), $3 for each visitor to your site payable in advance, modem hook-up is $1 for every 3 minutes. This campground is not recommended, it is not RV friendly and is very expensive. I talked to the owner about cleaning the campground and changing some of the rules. He said it was his campground and he would change "Nothing."
