"We had a great stay at Country Waye!" Very few campgrounds afford the surrounding natural beauty and the carefully cultivated beauty within Luray RV Resort - Country Waye. We stayed a full week in the spacious full service site, quite possibly one of the best in which we've ever camped. There is genuine interest from the hosts in every camper enjoying the stay. With a roomy site, a great pool and mountain vistas in every direction, Country Waye is a destination in itself. The Schumacher's have invested with their heads and hearts into the planning of this resort, which offers peace and tranquility without being two far from other touristy towns and sites. Although we visited family, took in the sights, rode the parkway, Country Waye is a place to enjoy contentment. Never have I seen a cleaner facility. If you are going to be anywhere close to Shenandoah or actually Page Valley, plan to enjoy and rest well at Luray RV Resort - Country Waye. Maybe we'll see you there.

This is our second time here and have to say it is even more wonderful than our first visit. We were welcomed once again with the smiling face of the owners and it felt like coming home. MAJOR improvements have been made leaving nothing undone! Matter of fact our two night turned into a 3 night and we haven't left yet;)

A quiet, peaceful place to kick back and relax. Makes a terrific CG as a base of sightseeing operations. Staff was excellent, even in off season. Recommend being self contained after October 1 as they shut down hot water in the bath house for the winter. Views are spectacular, area full of things to do, campground well maintained, not far from groceries if you need something. We camped there in a pop up but plan to visit again in our 5th wheel in the fall sometime.

This is our third time here--peaceful,views to die for, immaculate, staff are friendly and helpful. Not much for children to do,just a small pool and playground, but a great base for sightseeing or just kicking back. Sites are spacious, wifi is free. Mountain views on two sides, and farm views make this one of our favorite places. All the sites appear to be good ones.

Nice little campground. Very neatly kept. I gave it a 4, above average, because it was so neatly kept. Restrooms/showers were clean but not heated in Nov. Owner was pleasant. Nice views of Shenandoah Nat. Park to the east and the Massanuttens to the west. CG sets up on a hill so views are nice. May be a bit warm in the summer. I suspect you may catch a breeze on the hill. Lots of photos on their website. WiFi worked well. Flea markets in Luray. Be sure to see Luray Caverns. We have been in caves all over the country. These are some of the prettiest we have seen. Sites are roomy. I'm not fond of the inline site setup. But there was no one but our friends there so it was ok. Nice park.
