First time we ever stayed here...Was a holiday weekend and was easy checking into on a busy Friday...we stayed down at river sites which were shaded. Only problem was our breaker was not working and we kept losing electric all weekend as other campers did too. Staff very pleasant and campground was extremely clean and landscaping was incrdibly beautiful with all flowers, etc. Alot of activies going on all weekend with dj karoke sat and dj dance sunday. Only complaint was we had to pay $15 a piece for wristband for kids to go on jumping pillow, pedal cars on track, minature golf and laser tag(which was outside and only done at nightime??) *when we go to KOAs this is usually included in price. Plus we had to pay for WiFi and that was through an outside provider plus we did not have cable at our site. We are told they are going to redo sites down at river where we were (sites were very close together) and add cable and udate electric to take care of problems we had. Overall we had a great time and returning next year and hope they have all of their problems fixed. Also hope they decide to either charge for minature golf and offer other activies for free since other campgrounds do...

This was a nice clean campground but there are two sections. The newer upper section is not many people's idea of camping. It's without shade and the lots are close together. I felt like I was out in an open field or in a trailer parking lot. The sites are fairly level. The owners need to plant many more trees if they hope to ever shade these new sites. There is no privacy. The lots have full hookups. WiFi is not included in the price but $5 or $6 a day more which they should mention on their website. We declined the WiFi at that price. We would not camp there again unless we could get a site at the lower older shady section down by the river.

First time at this campground. Being a Holiday weekend, the staff seemed prepared by having a check in station setup along the entrance. We were escorted to our site which was in the new section. The site was new, with newly planted trees and grass. The CG seemed pretty clean. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. We broke an awning strap and one of the workers wives sewed it for us. We also booked a kayak trip through the CG. Definitely fun, just don't forget suntan lotion and the 5 1/2 hour trip was too long for us. All in all this was a very nice campground. The only personal issue was there is no shade in most of the sites. But this is personal preference. There were some shade sites in what appeared to be the older section. The owner Denny was extremely nice and accommodating for all of our requests. The rest of the employees were fun to talk with and nice. We would definitely stay here again.
