Extremely nice campground. We stayed in a travel trailer mid-September. The rest rooms were spotless, and the staff was fantastic!! Loved that our site had a concrete pad, although not all sites had the pad.

Not happy with the cleanliness or look of this campground. There are many things to do: water park, pool, putt-putt, etc. However we spent a lot of time away @ the beach. The poor facilities were such a turn off to us. Had to keep pushing th button in the showers. Should have a 3-5 minute delay not a 60 second delay. Gravel roads and pads. Interior roads need to be paved. Many rules but they were not enforced. We will not come back to Frontier. Next time we are trying Castaways.

This is my favorite place to go. They spray for mosquitos so you can hang out all night by the fire without getting bitten. Great ocean breeze. Waterpark is wonderful-kids love that and the pool. Has mini golf, gift shop, stores, ice cream shop. Bathrooms and showers are clean and nice. Lovely place for walks and ocean views. Definitely one of the best campgrounds.

Muddy would be my description of this campground. Yes, it rained it a lot while we were there, but there was no drainage system. Puddles everywhere. It doesn't look like they put down any gravel in a long time. The neighboring campground was dry, so there's no reason for this. Nice location, but it needs some updating.

I posted a comment last year and thought I would do it again for this year. Still didn't get a shaded area. Tell them you are allergic to sun or something, then maybe you will get a little shade. But we had a good spot. No sites behind us. Next time we go I am going to request a sute is DD area. Large spots with nothing behing you and some shade. Traffic in the camp ground is nuts. Golf carts galore. People driving all the time. I never seen a place where no one walks. Even the dogs get a ride in the golf carts. It's not even that big of a place. We were irritated with that, but bathrooms are clean, water park is nice and free to campers and it's easy to get to the beach and boardwalk. So we will just deal with the traffic. Also a nice get anything you want camp store. They make good sandwiches. Bit pricey but good and fresh.

Although I put in a no I have stayed here twice. I found the campground to be very crowded. Both times we reserved a waterfront site. The last time we stayed there was a storm before we got there. To say the least our row was underground. We were fortunate and could set up camp on dock side. We did need to rent a golf cart to get to and from the restrooms. The campground was clean and even though I said I would not go back it is good if you don't mind the crowd.

Great fun campground. Clean and friendly! Only thing I would change was our site. We asked for a shaded spot and got like 2 trees that were 100 feet tall! :) But the site was right near the bay and that was nice. But if you want shade, make sure it is away from the bay sites. Other than that great!

Great campground with lots of activities for all ages. You can pick from shaded to none shaded sites, from primative to full hook-ups with cement pad. Pool and playground inside the campground and free waterpark for campers at the campground enterance. Friendly staff, modern clean bath houses with air and heat, hot/cold mixed water showers. Fishing/crabbing pier, boat docking and fully stocked campstore. Free shuttle bus to the World Famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Western Theme park (with a discount to campers), gunfights, bank/train/stage coach robberies, can can show, and a real native american family who demonstrates and provides information about their culture. Best of all is that the visitors get to participate in the shows. The only set back for the campground is when there is heavy rains many sites are surrounded by water but they are working on this issue. It is our families number one pick for a campground near the beach.

This is a huge campground on the bay. (Not the ocean) It was very crowded, especially on the weekend, but we loved our waterfront site. Showerhouses were very clean. Easy access to Ocean City and the National Seashore
