Very crowded!!! Pools were woo crowded to enjoy, the sites were awfully close to each other but we stayed with a large group so that made it fun! The activities for the kids made it enjoyable! The store had adequate supplies. The staff were out cleaning up and repairing roads after horrible storms and were very willing to help out - they were very friendly!!!! The golf carts were EVERYWHERE but it seemed safe enough - we stayed in July 2011

Nice campground, friendly staff. lots of activities for kids... Halloween weekends are a must. Best haunted barn I have seen. two ponds. One large. Very crowded on certain weekends, needs more shower rooms(recently espanded sites) Seasonal campers are very friendly.New sections dont have any mature trees. Theatre is ok. All for all very nice.

This park is within an hour from our house so we've camped here a few times. It seems to have gotten more crowded and rowdy over the years. This last we had a campsite located in between two other rows of campers. Those other campers had direct access to their sites right off the road while we had to drive in between them and on the grass. It appears that's their attempt to add more sites to this park. There's certainly a lot of activites at this park including a natural small lake and waterpark, golf course, and game room. But the overwhelming factor here is that the sites are extremely tight, the access roads are very narrow, and the swimming pool is too crowded to even have any fun. They've just grown too big without having enough room for comfort. And there are too many loud campers in order to get any sleep. I agree with the other poster in that the young kids running this place don't care.

I was initially hesitant to stay here because the prices were so high to the state parks we usually stay at. (Almost $50 per night) But we were meeting several other families, and decided to give it a try. I know the kids had a good time, there is so much for them to do. Lots of activies and they loved the waterslide. But the park was so crowded, so noisy, and none of the staff seemed to care. Four nights was way too long.
