This place is very bad. Sites are never raked or cleaned. Weeds on sites. no picnic tables. No shade. Hook ups in the back of sites, so bring a 20' sewer hose. Water in the pool is green, and the pool is shut down periodically by the County health dept. No activities to speak of, go to their website and look up the calendar. The "new" manager has no experience with RVs, neither do the owners. Management is never available. The office is only open Mon-Fri 9-5. Barely any security after 7pm, so, theoretically, you could arrive after 7 on Friday, stay the weekend, and then leave early Monday, without ever being noticed. The Deli is overpriced and poor offerings. And, the other review here, from 2006, was pasted onto Yahoo Travel reviews, as a new one from '09. They are that desperate here. There are other, better parks in the area....

Silver View RV Resort is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is friendly, the grounds are kept super-clean & the view is breathtaking. Clear skies mean stargazing is easy to do, even with the casino lights from Laughlin, NV across the river. The clubhouse is usually full of friendly residents playing cards, bingo, dominoes or doing crafts of all sorts. The water aerobics classes are held twice weekly & the pool is a marvelous 92 degrees. The spa is also a real treat & like the grounds & pool, is super-clean. My wi-fi keeps me connected to the Web & electricity & cable TV are included in the rent. I don't have a pet, so I haven't had use for the the dog run, but a pet won't be a problem here. This full-timer will be back next October to spend the winter!
