After reading many reviews I decided to check it out myself. I was lucky I met a seasonal who has been there awhile and I got the low down. Daryle and Troy are back and all I heard was rave reviews on all the changes they have made. I was so impressed after checking out the whole campground and talking with different people I became a seasonal myself. To all the ones that left... come on back. You will be happy you did.

Daryle and Troy are back! The best thing that has ever happened to this campground. Morgan Management did nothing but bad for us. Daryle and Troy are turning everything around already. Everyone is so much happier, everything is running smoothly. This is the best thing that has ever happened to Pine Acres. Anyone who has ever stayed here come back and book again!

I am a seasonal there and have been going to Pine Acres for 15 years. Morgan Management needs to leave this campground. They have done nothing but turn this campground upside down. We need Daryle and Troy back. The campground is getting run down each year because of Morgan. They have changed everything and something needs to be done.

People partying all hrs of the night... Kids driving the golf carts around at the highest speed they can reach. no security around oh and when they did come around he was DRUNK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and when we had a issue of power at our site.. the man who showed up well it was not a Man they were KIDS!!! and smoking as they walked around our site.. my kids were sitting eating dinner and they were standing there smoking away. then Zoomed off in the carts. said they would send someone back and no one ever came back. we called up to the office again and Still no one came then we called again and a man Drunk came and the words that were coming out of his mouth. well he should of had more respect then that around the children

THIS IS TO LET EVERYONE KNOW... PINE ACRES FAMILY CAMPGROUND IN RAYMOND NH IS NOW UNDER NEW OWNER/ NEW MANAGEMENT.. IN THE LAST MONTH WE HAVE GONE UNDER MANY IMPROVES AT CAMP. THE CAMPGROUND IS VERY CLEAN, STORE IS FULLY STOCKED, KID ACTIVITIES ARE GREAT, AND OVERALL MORALE OF THE WHOLE CAMPGROUND IS BACK TO BEING FUN WITH EVERYONE SMILING. WE HAVE DARYLE AND TROY BACK AS OUR CAMP MANAGERS AND EVERY DAY THEY MAKE A NEW IMPROVEMENT AT CAMP. . I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU CAMP HERE IN THE PAST AND DID NOT ENJOY YOURSELF THAT YOU GIVE THE PLACE A SECOND CHANCE. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME.

Peaple partying until 2am. very loud security no where in site. several calls but a main switch board picks up and will not give you to security. This camp has paved roads. It is like a golf cart highway. until 3 am golf cart driving loaded with people who are trashed and these carts are supped up with loud radios. i swear itd like living in the city again! If you want to camp and relax this is not the place to go. oh bathrooms smell like a hourse stable.

This campground has changed since Morgan RV bought it 3 years ago. It is run down and overpriced. No securty, golf carts speeding everywhere, partys all night. Dirty restrooms, unstocked store. The price is the highest I have ever seen for a campground. The staff do not care, the offererd activities are very poor with no effort put into them. I was very discouraged and will not camp there again.

Pine Acres is a nice campground all around. It has suffered from a past reputation as a Party Place. a few years ago new owners took over and changed the atmosphere and began enforcing campground rules. I have used the facilities there, as I live nearby, to refill propane, use thier dump station and visit thier campstore. One of the staff I spoke with has been a workamper for 20+ years and was very happy working at Pine Acres. During the time of my re-tour (is that a word!?) FEMA was set up at the CG due to some devastating rains Southern NH had recieved. The CG was still removing damaged trees while I was there. Nice place, good staff, ample activities, easy on easy off NH RT 101 Exit 5.

We visited Pine Acres because it was the first campgound that we could find open in mid April. This was our first trip with our new Coachman Travel Trailer. We just had to give it a test trip the first weekend that we got it. Pine is located just a mile off NH Rt. 51 With the season just starting most of the campground was occuiped with season campers and new owners trying out their new campers. Most of the sites were wooded site with ample space. At this time there were no activities planned how ever during the season there is a full-time activities director that has daily and weekly organized activities along with special theme weekends for young and old alike. There lake swimming, canoe, rowboat, and paddleboat rentals with a giant waterside and miniature golf. For the first weekend of the season there was many staff member around to assist you. We would like to go again when more activites were plan during the summer.

Too close to home for us but a good CG to put a vacationer between the bigger draws of southern NH. PARVR is about 20 miles from the NH Seacoast and about 20 Miles from Manchester NH. In either direction there is plenty to do. The CG is easy to manuever through, sites are in good shape and level. The CG offers a water slide and a well used mini-golf course. the Mini-golf and Slide is not exclusive to just Campers. People from the community do buy tickets to use the slide and it can get pretty busy. Did not make it to the water at the CG. In October Pine acres becomes haunted and has quite a draw from the local area to go through the haunted castle. Easy on and Easy off Rt 101. A nice place to stay.
