As an employee of the campground, I would personally like to apologize for any negative experience you may have had during your Memorial Day stay. Cedar Lake takes pride in providing a fun, family camping adventure for everyone. Since your stay we have strictly enforced rules against the mishaps that had occurred during this particular weekend. I appreciate your honesty and would hope to change your mind in the future. As one might expect, we are a family run business, which is rare among many campgrounds today. This creates an environment that is unique and not flawless. We learn from our mistakes as any other business would. Best travels in your future. ~Jaron Starner Cedar Lake Management

This campground is suppose to be family oriented, we were there over Memorial Day weekend and we should have turned around as soon as we entered,we were greeted by two intoxicated employees at a make shift guard shack, they were disgusting and vulgar. We were happy with our site until night fall when we were invaded by skunks. We were told abruptly by office staff, its a campsite in the woods what did I expect. Quiet time is eleven pm,we were kept awake by campers partying, vulgar language till three am.My son who is 10 was yelled at by campstore employee for using change to pay for his icecream and candy. The employee said, she was too busy for this s..t!!I would not recommend this campground for anyone with children. THE CAMPGROUND IS CLEAN AND SITES ARE NICE,QWNERS AND STAFF NEED TO TAKE A COURSE IN GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE.
