we just returned from a two night stay from 4-16-09 to 4-18-09 indoor pool is why we choose this campground. We paid full price even though their was nothing going on pool closed by 5pm. There was no staff around afer 4pm we couldnt get any fire wood first night.I relize it is early in the season but you would think if you were paying full price you would beable to take avantage of the same amentities as peak season. Check out 11am when we ask the desk if we could take our time we were told we had until 12pm anything afer we would be charged a halfday fee.I was very disapointed You would think we would have been told to take our time considering there was only about 15 campers. We were going to book to come back during peak season but after the way we were treated there is no way for me customer service means more than amentities. There are too many other camp gounds to choose from.

The train runs right along the back edge of the CG. However we stayed there for a long weekend and never saw nor heard the train. Our trailer was 32+ foot with slides and I never felt crowded. I didn't expect large sites since it is a KOA, in a major tourist area, on some very expensive land. The indoor pool was very nice for the kids since it wasn't all that warm outside at the time. I would go back. I have friends who camp there every year.

We love the distance from the falls. Close enough to go and spend the day and far enough away to get out of the hustle and bustle. We love the indoor pool, since we go here in May it would be the only way we could swim. The store is fully stocked for everything you may need. The sites are a bit close, but we don't have a problem with it at the time because we are traveling with others. But it may be a problem if you are not.

This campground is a great place to go before swimming season begins as it has one of the best indoor pools. There is plenty for the kids to do, mini golf, enclosed playground, store and dance area. Niagara Falls tourist attractions are just 10 minutes away. There is a shuttle bus that will come and pick you up at the end of the laneway and take you right down to Clifton Hill.
