A great camp ground located close to I-75, EZ ON/OFF. Very quite campground clean, large, secluded and with an Olympic size pool. The park has lots of shade due to huge oak trees. The staff was very co-operative. Electric, Sewer and Water was not an issue. A nice park for all age groups. The store sells needy items besides propane. Close to Cracker Barrel and other restaurants. The two ponds have lots of ducks. The Bingo hall is huge. The kitchen and laundry are well maintained. Over all a good place for both vacationers and snow-birds. I stayed with my wife and friends for a week. I would recommend this camp to all and probably we'll be going there next holidays in our Motor home.

(1) "Good Camp ground in Ocala. Close to I-75. Easy access on and off Interstate. The temperature was bad but not like north! It is a Good Sam club site and close to everything. Quiet and clean campground. Phyllis and team were very nice and helpful. The management has upgraded the electric meters. Water and sewer were not an issue. I and my friend stayed in site #139. Huge shaded lots. We had very good neighbors. Most of the sites were taken. The lounge is big and WiFi was very helpful. The bathrooms were clean so also the kitchen. The laundry had working washers and dryers. The only problem was the automatic door; the spring needs to be fixed. I stayed for a week from the 3rd of this month. Though the pool was heated none of the campers chose to swim since the temperature was too cold. I noticed that the management is making lots of changes. Overall we had a good time and will be back"

Watch out for this campground. It has had three sets of managers in the last year. They are definitely having some issues. There are problems with the electricity all the away around the park. The pool is very clean, the bathrooms are clean and the laundry facilities are clean. There is a lot of work going on with respects to the way the park looks. The grass was cut neatly, and the shrubs have all been trimmed. It is very convenient to almost everything in Ocala. The interstate is very close by, with very little traffic noise. The workkampers are very friendly. They bend over backwards to help you out. Would really like to see this park make some major improvements with the electricity and the roads. If this was all accomplished, it would probably be able to hold up to the RESORT status.
