Large campground with plenty of sites to choose from. Buffalo ridge sites and Taylor ridge sites are paved. Lots of gravel sites that will accommodate rv's as well. Most have electric hookup- some sites are close enough to a water source to hook-up to but without reservations, it would probably be best to plan to use the fill station or come full. No sewer hookups. Buffalo ridge sites are not wooded but do have some shady sites. Taylor ridge sites are in the woods. Facilities were clean and grounds well kept. Showers in the bath house seemed to lack temp. control... either HOT or COLD with nothing between (Be careful with your little ones). Lots of wildlife (bird watchers will enjoy!). The Nature center is wonderful and highly recommended. Great hiking trails and lots of them. There are also miles of mt. biking trails and horse riding trails. The dump station is clean but not level which presented us with a little trouble getting our tanks empty (RV=30').

Received from Jodie for visit in May 2009
