This was a great park. It's in the middle of everything. You have Johnson City, Bristol, and Kingsport in between you. Great Wi-Fi, pool was closed but looked really nice. They have wide roads, great staff, and a great flea market just across the road. The kids played on the playground when it wasn't to cold. Excellent Campground! We are going back during the summer! We loved the wide and easy access roads. The lake was beautiful. We were right on Boone Lake and we rented paddle boats from them. It was a beautiful scenery while we was paddling down the lake. If you don't like to paddle then they also have boats that you can rent. I didn't get to see the pool but it looked really nice when they were building it. The staff said that it should be finished in August. The staff were wonderful and wifi worked really great. The most amazing quality that they have is the cleanliness that they have. The bathrooms are private and very clean. The most amazing quality to our family was no dog poop around the park. They make sure their customers clean up after their pets and if not they do. Great Park! We stayed here in a 5th wheeler.

My family and I stayed for Mother's Day. It was a joy. Kids played in pool. We ate at the Grill. Loved the view. Boone Lake was beautiful. Went on a boat ride with the owner. It was wonderful learning about the history of Bluff City. Staff was wonderful. We will be back.... :)

This campground's website says "Wide Roads for Easy Site Access." They mean it. We pulled off I-81 in our 45 ft motorcoach on the way to FL. We found a clean campground with a very friendly staff. We will stay at this campground whenever we travel I-81.

This is a class A campground, with a wonderful staff. This is truly a well planned park. Wide sites, beautiful views, awesome staff, propane, and fantastic food. We are planning to come back for a month in the summer.
