if your thinking of buying a seasonal trailer to keep there think off this. 2013 6 month rate was 4100.00 increasing to 4750.00 for 2014. if this rate continues you could be paying as much as 8000.00 in just 5 years. plus your electric. and now have to pay to keep your boat there. if you have more than 1 car you must pay extra to drive it to your site that you already paid for. think twice before you by there.

Sites were nice and spacious. Staff in the camp store was pleasant and helpful. Bathrooms were disgusting. In our 4 days there, we did not see the bathhouse near our site get cleaned once. On many ocassions at least one of the three showers were out of order.

We stayed in the early season and, although we did not expect the pool to be open we were never told that actually nothing in the CG was open..no store, no lounge, no restroom, no laundry, etc. The CG looks to be approximately 85% to 90% seasonal so to us it seemed more like a trailer park..Each trailer had additions/rooms built onto them and were pretty much right on top of one another. The place was clean (which I would expect with it being practically empty) and the (2)pool areas looked to be well kept, as well as was the store when we peeked into the windows. While I would rather stay at a CG with less seasonals sites, the overall placed seemed to be well kept and I would probably give it a try again during mid season. They seem to have a nice activities list during season as well as a well stocked RV dealership and parts store on site. The few transient sites that they do have seem to be situated right near the entrance and have much traffic that would be passing by, as well as being very close to the game room/store.
