This is the third time I have stayed here once at Christmas '07 we had a wonderful time we were invited to the Christmas potluck where they had live music and given a tuerer by one of the owners Kachina Starr I guest we were lucky because we just missed a week long storm with huracain winds. We stop by again in '08 April and their new rec room and exercise facilities were completed the nicesed (I have seen in a RV park). We stayed again this year summer of '09 in joyed our selfs took Jerry's jet boat up the Rogue River and hiked some old growth forest trails.

This is a wonderful place. The park is kept absolutely spoteless. The spaces are graveled and reasonably level; there is grass between, and they have planted many shrubs and young trees. The park is located on a small lagoon, where we watched an otter fishing. A short path leads to the ocean, with a long, empty beach-- we watched hundred of pelicans flying over, stopping occasionally to fish in the waves. It was gorgeous. The staff at the park is helpful and friendly, and not only recommended a good restaurant for our dinner, but gave us a coupon for 15% off the dinner price--and they were right, it was a good restaurant. The park is quiet, and the other people we saw there seemed very nice, as well. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of this park.

This is by far the worst RV Park we have ever visited. We were in site 94 Dec 22 to 26 2007 The place looks like something left over from New Orleans after Katrina hit. As you drive into Turtle Rock RV there are several junked double wide trailers along the entrance. There is an RV Storage Lot with junked trailers and RV Sales Lot with an old dead GMC right by the office. The 18 TV channels Turtle Rock provides weren't working, The WiFi Turtle Rock RV advertises to all sites was not available. The level dirt sites Turtle Rock RV advertises, used all of our blocks to raise the left side three inches, and we were still not level. The construction material, equipment and construction vehicles on the property are a serious eyesore. We will never return to this nightmare rv trailer park.
