My wife and I chose this park because of the website. It was nice when Ace was the manager. Thru the 37 months we stayed there, the park went down with the past three managers. The worst part was that they did not have the heated indoor pool any more, the cable TV had static, and the WiFi system was in such disrepair it was ridiculous. The owners and current manager seem to cater only to those guests that had the fancy, modern motorhomes or trailers. Those who had older models were stuck in the back, far away from the office, pool, and pathetic WiFi signal. We began to ask when the WiFi system would be repaired each month when we paid our rent, only to be told "We are waiting for the provider to troubleshoot the system to see what was wrong." I saw the WiFi antenna closest to our area had been removed, and other long-term customers were also very unhappy. A week before our rent was due again, we got a visit from the most recent park manager, Bill Turner. He was both arrogant and abrupt with us as he told us we had to be out of the park in 48-hours. We are both disappointed and appalled by our treatment by Mr. Turner and although we did vacate the park, we are dedicated to making sure that NO ONE endures the many indignities we had to deal with in the future if they do their homework first.

This park definitely passed my picky person test. It started with very efficient reservations & check-in and followed by nice park maps, directions, instructions, cable line up, continental breakfast, pool, hot tub, game room, nice showers and fabulous gift shop which was such a surprise. They are well organized and set on pleasing their RV guests, not just providing a place to park for the night. I love it when they do things right! THe sites are somewhat close together but we were just passing through so this didn't bother us at all. We paid $30 but it was worth it! The park is close to restaurants, gas, etc. 2 thumbs up from me. May they keep building more.
