Wonderful campground. Secluded, peaceful, clean. Refreshing to see the tent sites as well maintained as those for the RV'ers.

This is a beautiful State Park. It has 30 Improved Campsites (water and 20/30/50 amp electrical hookup. Dump station). Very well kept park with a friendly helpful staff. Great place for walking & bike riding. Kid friendly too. Canoe rentals are available or bring your own to float the Tickfaw River. Three wooded walking trails. Two of which are elevated walkways over a lush Louisiana cypress swamp. There are also 14 Vacation Cabins available within the park. For the kids, there's a water park to cool off and a arts & craft-making program on the weekends. We frequent this park regularly.
