We lucked into finding the best RV site in the best RV park in the Keys -- if not in all of Florida. These lots are individually owned and sell over $600,000! Ours had a tiki hut larger than many homes in Key West! And a private dock, with a view over open water. We rented from a private service that seems to have most of the nicest lots in the resort. Park has wi-fi, but it did not work at our site. Park also has pool, boat launch (careful-shallows!).

You will NOT find a nicer 'campground' in Key West. Bluewater Key has the most water front sites of any campground in Key West. If fact I believe you would be hard pressed to find a nicer campground anywhere else. Every site has its own Tiki hut. The sites are large, typically 30 plus feet wide and 70 plus feet deep. The water front sites are designed that pull in so you face the water. The front of your motor home will only be a few feet from the water and the views are fantastic! Each water front site also has its own private boat dock, perfect for fishing. There is also a nice club house and pool. At this time WiFi is only available near the office/pool area. Plans are for all of Bluewater to have WiFi by the end if this summer. This is an 'ownership' mean each site in privately owned. Being individual owned each site is landscaped differently. Most sites are VERY private, beautifully landscaped and large. You will not have any problems opening your slides and awning at this place. The KOA at Sgarloaf Key is nothing more than a gravel parking lot. Boyd's campground is greener, but you are parked in like sardines. Both KOA and Boyd's are only a few dollars a day less then the rates at Bluewater. There is just NO comparison between Bluewater and KOA or Boyd's. The sign at the entrance say it all 'Welcome to Paradise'
