huge campground, clean bathrooms, nice pool, lots of full hook up sites available because they are virtually empty. no access to Lake Huron, very, very narrow sites. With a campground this nice and size, if they would wide the camp sites (double the width) they would fill up every weekend and have people lining up to get in. The sites are to narrow for large campers. Once you pull in you have about 12 feet to the next campsite/camper.

This campground is no longer open. It was apparently shut down due to a default financial judgement.

Huge grounds with plenty to do. Putt Putt golf, heated pool, fishing, trails, swimming on the beach of the private lake. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Be aware that this campground has no access to Lake Huron, or even a view of it. Their inland lake is nice though. The sleeper cabins are a great idea, but I've never seen so many spiders! There are hidden fees for additional adults. The bathrooms are always full of bugs in the sinks and ceilings. We had a group of 50 people screaming all night long, playing a drum (not kidding) and blaring music. The campground got tired of the complaints and stopped answering the 24-hour guest line. This camp has a great layout but needs new management.

They went way downhill from our last visit. No more pizza delivery, firewood delivery, trash pickup. Staff was friendly but clueless. I asked one person about awning clips in the park store, they asked me what an awning was. The worst was the noise at night. We noticed security before, but not this time and it was noisy and we felt unsafe. Our nieghbor had his cooler stolen. And the prices are astronomical for what you get. The beach was nice, but no Lake Huron access.

Nice campground. Lots of activities for the kids over the holiday weekend. The sites are a little narrow, but deep with lots of open fields for the kids to play in.

We had a great weekend, there were a lot of activities available for my family including mini-golf that my kids loved. The pizza is the best ever and for $2 they will deliver it to your site. The bathrooms were small and did not accommodate the 435 sites that were completely booked for this weekend. One playground and one pool were definately not large enough. The staff were friendly & helpful and we have already booked for 08!! We camped in a fifth wheel.

There are a few things. But there is very opened spaces, help seemed to me to be less freindly in 2008 then 2007. there semed to be less in services then 2007 and lots of activities, not organized well at all. beautiful area.

The park is very clean, and staff is very friendly. They now have adult swim from 10-11 am and 5-6 pm every day. With is great if you don't want to be bothered by kids.

We camped here in May 2007 and then returned in July. The sites are large and the roads are wide. Everything is well kept. The trees are young so there isn't any shade but our awning worked just fine. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. (We had a tornado warning and staff came around to let everyone know what to do and where to go.) Camp store is well stocked with a pizza/ice cream eatery. They will deliver pizza to your campsite for a $2 fee. The only thing we didn't like about this park is that all the extra things to do are way too high priced. A golf cart rents for $50 per day and row boat is $10 per hour.

This park is not ready for campers. We were very disappointed. Most activities stated on the web site were not available. Camp sites were roomy, however very muddy. Kids had a great time playing in the mud! There is no shade or any decent size trees anywhere in the park. Showers were clean but shut off every 20 seconds. Ratio of bathrooms/showers did not seem sufficient for the number of camp sites. May be a nice park years from now. Simply not even close to being ready to be open.
