This campground is so tight they make it look like you have space but you are right on top on each other. The bus drives right thru A section every 1/2 hour from 7am till 10pm very dangerous for kids. If you decide to go here dont be in A section and realize that the 7th night is free which they neglect to tell anyone booking.

Nice sites. clean restrooms, small pool area. small store with very limited products. Employees helpful. Play ground lacked items for use. a few swings and a (1) basketball hoop with a small hot topped area. Not much for eens. No game room or other activities. zClose to scenic areas and points of interest.

We stayed for a weekend, nice site, semi-private, they offer both wooded and open field camping. Pool was great for our three year old as it has a 3ft end which allowed her to swim on her own. Bathrooms were clean, a little small when you have to take a child but all and all it was a nice stay.

Hadley's Point Campground is a great place and very reasonable! I really enjoyed it here! It was very quiet at night the 4 days we were here. We stayed in the tent camping area site B40, the sites are nicely sized if you have just one tent, othewis eit may be a little tight. There is a fire ring and picnic table at each site. The bathrooms and showers are VERY clean, and they have a nice heated swimming pool! The staff is super friendly and willing to assist in many ways! The entrance to Hadleys Point is just 10 minuets from the heart of downtown Bar Harbor. The only negative is that there are no grates on the fire ring for cooking so be sure to bring your own.

Stayed 5 nights and loved it. Courteous owners/staff and a clean campground - good value for money. Pool was clean. Met great locals from Maine (Skip & Lori)who camped next to us. My wife and I agreed that the camp and Maine in general had a "home" feeling which is great (we're from NB, Canada). The owners (The Bakers) are to be commended.

They take credit cards! There are few parks in Maine that accept them that I almost ran out of cash. As to the park, a very nice place to stay. Staff was very helpful. Find a spot and tell them. As previously reported, the have any kind of spot you might want. Field(full sun), completely wooded or a combination of the two. Wi-Fi is only available on top of the hill, but worked well. The FREE shuttle bus stops at the campground and runs to the village green in Bar Harbor where you can connect with other shuttles for trips all over the area. A little cool for swimming, but the pool is large and well maintained. Speaking of maintenance, they are constantly doing things to the property. Looks like a full time employee devoted to it. From the prices I have seen and the conditions related of the other campground parks in the area, the is a pearl.

The campground was very clean. The people who own and oversee the campground have great interpersonnel skills and are extremely pleasant to deal with. Everyone had a smile on their face. Thanks for a wonderful camping experience. See you next year.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. The campground was very clean and tidy. Sites are well spaced and well maintained. Only negatives- small camp store and the advertised heated pool was not heated which was disappointing for our 8 year old son. This is a great campgrond, close to the entrance to Acadia National Park and the free island shuttle with bike racks made it very easy for us to fully explore the park by bike.

We spent a week at this lovely, friendly, quiet campground. It was more than half empty until the Labor Day weekend. When filled, the sites seemed small, but it still remained quiet. They have honeywagon service for a mere $7, and the friendly staff recommended we do that rather than pay for a full hook-up site. We only had to do it once, so it saved us enough to get a lobster dinner.
