Highest quick-reading praise I can come up with: last night (24 June 2010) was our fourth stay with Brian. Absolutely dedicted operator who has an attractive physical plant, lots of activities and the best pool of any KOA we have visited.

Very nice campground...We stayed here in a 44 foot Class A. The park has a new owner-Brian. He really has turned this park around. The pet playground and family activities are worth the visit alone. We stayed here in April 2007 and the old owners were still running the place-Not very nice people back then. Brian has really improved the park and his customer service is wonderful. He helped us with a problem with our coaches' cable TV. We have had problems with it for about a year and the Dealer couldn't even find the problem. I will recommend this park to all.

We stayed at this KOA in order to visit Chattanooga but almost ended up not going anywhere until the end of our stay. The cg is not far from the hang gliding club and it was really very exciting to watch. We had a pull through site and it was wonderful. We set up a fence for our dogs and there was plenty of room. We had trouble with our propane system and with the help of the owner, Brian, found a tear in a hose. Brian spent over 30 minutes helping us to find the problem and never made us feel like we were rushed. There is a good store, large pool and nice play ground including a jumping pillow. We will definitely spend more time there.

The point I am attempting to make here will be of little interest to most who read these reviews but it is important to us. One section of the campground is set up for small trailers. Water and electricity only. Other sections (one to be improved this winter) the typical for Class A, 5th wheels etc. We enjoy being in the midst of trailers similar to mine. We camp in a hard-sided folding pop-up. So the 'small' trailer area-- and its nearby new modern bathhouse-- is just right for us. Broader range of favorable characteristics of this KOA: very well maintained, absence of Interstate noise, excellent swimming pool, large, new outdoor movie theater nearby, and last but certainly not least-- the enthusiasm of the current operator Brian. For young families: lots of activities and a big game room, for kids. We will recommend this site for a weekend rally of our Club members, in 2008. Which says that we would most definitely come back. We camped here in an Aliner.

We went to camp for the KOA Come Camp & Care With Us Weekend. We paid for Friday night, and received free camping for Saturday night. It's a good thing we got the second night free, or we probably would have packed up Saturday morning. The posted camp store hours were 8-10am and 2-5pm, since this was not considered 'in season'. We often stay at KOAs, and have a KOA Value Card, which gives us a discount, and is supposed to give us "Guaranteed best available site at time of registration. Recognition as a valued KOA camper. Plus faster check-in at registration. " We did get fast check-in, since the map with our site circled was hanging on the door when we arrived at 8 pm on Friday night. The site seemed to have been wedged in between two others, leaving us little to no privacy. The bathrooms were miserably small, with no handicapped accessible facilities. The toilet stalls were so small that I had to stand between the wall and the toilet to open or close the stall door. There was an unrestrained dog and two cats wandering the campground. One cat spent the weekend near our site, hoping for a handout. It bit a child at a neighboring site. All in all, this wasn't what I expected from any KOA. Usually they are well run and clean, with very helpful staff willing to do whatever it takes.

Stopped for the night on the way home from the big outwest trip. It was a little pricy and our site was at the back by some sort of light industry place. They were stamping metal into the night. The baths and pool/whirlpool we immaculate. The rec center had a tv and was also very clean. This is a motor home type place and we were the only pup. They do have a ridge with great views of the foothills and redrock. We were only interested in a place for the night with a pool and it was fine. There is a huge mall down the road with good restaurnants and indoor skate park and mini golf.
