The cleanest showers/restrooms and friendly helpful hosts. Next year we will try for a site near the river/brook out back.

Let me begin by saying the campsite was great. Although it was very close to the road, there was little traffic at night and the stream created a nice white noise. The campground is conveniently located. However, I have one requirement of a campground and that is a clean, well attended bathroom and shower. The one next to the office was neither. To be sure, this was the end of the season. However, it was Columbus Day weekend and there was a three day minimum charge even if one was only staying one night. For that a well-run campground looking for repeat business would make some attempt to keep the bathrooms clean. I would try it again if only because of the location and the stream. However, if the bathrooms were in the same condition, it would be off my list permanently.

We had a site set back from others right next to river. Wonderful area to camp, close to attractions and child friendly. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This campground was such a pleasant surprise. We stayed in our pop-up camper, and we had site on the river perched high above the rushing water. It was extremely peaceful and our children, then 4 and 6, enjoyed exploring the rocks and the river bed. We all had a great time. It is located close to many of the attractions yet far enough away to be a peaceful camping experience. If I had to point out any negative, it would be that there is some road noise from the nearby highways.

This is our favorite campground out of all the campgrounds we have ever stayed at to date so far... - Gated & Quiet - River/Brook water front sites - Pet Friendly - Nicely Shaded sites - Friendly Owners - Excellent Location and surroundings - Immaculate clean & well groomed sites and facilities - 5 min drive from dowtown N. Woodstock & Lincoln NH - 5 min drive from The Lost River Gorge & Boulder Caves - In the heart of the White Mountains so close to all major White Mountain attractions...

This was our first camping trip with our new pop-up camper and the first time ever camping for our two kids. This campground was excellent, not alot of activities but I kind of liked that....It was so quiet that you could hear a pin drop after 8pm. It is close enough to the White Mountain ttractions yet far enough away from the hussle and bussle of the tourist attractions. We liked it so much we made reservations for the following July. The staff was also very helpful and more than courteous. I had read some post's before staying here that the staff was rude, well let me say that DEFINETLY was not the case when I was there. We stayed in site #80 and you could walk down a short path right to the river, the kids loved it.
