We are in this park each winter. Many, activities, organized bike rides, camera club, writers grp, planned hikes, The owner has music brought in Tuesdays, and Fridays. Also, weekly jam sessions. Park does have showers, as was mis-takenly reported as not having any. It is in the desert, stores a few miles away. Owner and office manager both very friendly. We do hope to come back again.

We stayed 2 months and loved it. The park is the best we have stayed in this year. Highly recommend it.

We've wintered at Desert Trails for four years. We love the laid-back feel of the park with all the activities and nice owners on site. The free wi-fi is a real plus. The desert hiking is wonderful and the weekly bike trips have really been fun. Laundry facilities are reasonable and very handy to all the sites. We'll definitely spend more winters there!

Nice campground out in the desert far from traffic and train noise. Excellent friendly staff and some of the the friendliest campers we have been with. Easy access to attractions. There are marked trails into the desert that are easy to follow especially with the provided map and at night one can hear the coyotes howl. WI-FI is free and good reception. No Cable, but we don't travel to watch TV. Sites are gravel and rather tight, but doable. Missed a 5 because of tightness and no fire pits. Would definitely stay here again.
