VERY urbanized. Lake was not conducive to swimming, but there was a pool (extra $) Had to drive quite a way to see the interesting parts of the park. Not what we were looking for in a camping experience. From now on we will stick to northern Saskatchewan.

Feels like camping in Banff, Alberta except you don't have to pay for the firewood. Our family stayed here in July 2006 and loved it. Bathrooms had been recently redone and always clean. Very family friendly place, lots even had their pets with them. The tent sites are well spaced out in the lodgepole pine forest. Unbelievably there were no mosquitoes! Great place to bike and hike with kids. There is a man-made lake which isn't great for swimming But it had a beach and there is also a swimming pool. Probably my favourite place in Saskatchewan.
