Terrible water quality for the camper!!! Rusty brown nasty smelling !! And the connection was VERY leaky! TOO CROWDED!!! Felt like i was camping in a parking lot! They should pay more attention to the water issues and the pot smoking staff....the golf carts reeked!!! And less attention to kids in the foul smelling hot tub!

The best campground that we go to. Was there again this fall as they give away pumpkins every weekend. Very friendly and service oriented. Profesional and attentive staff. Great escort at check in. Very nice minigolf, heated pool and hot tub, picture perfect lake that has a very cool swim area with trampoline and new giant iceberg. We love the grill at the beach and get this...we had breakfast delivered to our site on Saturday morning. Couldn't believe it. How cool is that! Forgot to mention they now have a solar power tram that drives people around the park. Sooooo happy with that as the site we love is up the hill. Knees and lungs not what they use to be. We highly recommend Odetah to fellow campers.

Didn't actually stay, took one look at the "site" and figured i would have more privacy camping on a highway intersection. When I checked out within 30 minutes of checking in no one even asked why. The sites are shoulder to shoulder, don't go here unless you want to get close and friendly with strangers.

Overall not a bad place. We've camped here a few times. Plenty of actities for the kids. If you have dogs, they are not allowed to leave the site. They have a place you can bring them but you have to hop in your vehicle to bring them. This is the main reason we would go back again.

When I stayed at Odetah it was a disaster. First night we were there our car was broken into and money was taken. The second night several state troopers and two ambulances showed up and it turns out someone overdosed at one of the season sites. It also happened to be the site of the security guard where the person Od. They were o.k. And finally there was a brawl between two women fighting over a man. Troopers again came back to take care of that. What a mess don't stay there unless you like tha tkind of excitement.

Clean campground and very helpful staff. Beach and refreshment stand are wonderful. Pool was clean, and we really appreciated the pool and hot tub being restricted to over-21 after 10pm. Mini-golf course was awesome, well worth the $5 to play. Wireless internet near the camp structures worked well. Campsites were large and level. Road noise from Route 2 is always evident, and I'd avoid staying in the sites closest to the highway.

Sites in our area were a little close and only moderately level for a tent site. Not a great place to have the kids riding their bikes due to the car traffic. This campground consisted of mostly seasonal campers but luckily, the tenting areas were separated from the seasonals where some would be hard pressed for a wave or a nod. Lots of activities for the kids, pool was ultra clean, Mini golf was excellent, and hayrides looked fun. Staff was generally friendly and helpful, BUT...the women doing registration needed a refresher course in "friendly attitude". Other than that, we liked the campground, it was clean and well organized, and we would stay there again.
