Staff is rude. Dreadful music blasted our camp site until 10PM every night (they have a two bit bar onsite). Camp sites are small. I have family in the cabins and the carpets are filthy and rooms smell like Pinesol.

The owner was rude, condesending and insulting to me and my family when I sought clarification about my bill. In fact, two staff members later apoligized for their bosses behavior and reported that he has the front counter staff scared to death of making a mistake. One even commented that she had talked to her boss about improving his customer relation skills. And I was even a returning customer but I will not go back a third time. His behavior created a lot of stress for me and my family for what we thought was going to be a fun vacation.
