Very convenient location, friendly staff. Sites were too close together in our section and the hill made leveling the trailer difficult. Showers were a little below average on cleanliness but the grounds were very well kept. The trail leading to ash cave from the campground was wonderful. The primative sites looked very nice and I almost wished we had our tent instead of trailer.

No level sites. Sites are on top of each other. Showers in poor shape. Electric kept kicking off. Called about electric and was told would be fixed but was not. Pool not too bad but was early June wwhen we stayed. Would not go back. Was too expensive for what we got.

Do not stay here! Disgusting bathrooms! Showers have a pull string that you have to hold onto to keep the water on! Yuck! Pool extremely dirty with algae growing in it! Sites not level for tent camping! The DIRTIEST campground in Ohio!!

Poor water quality and pressure. Mud...everywhere. Game room and putt putt run down and terrible looking. Very small store. Showers do not have anywhere to place anything with you, including soap or shampoo. I would never recommend this campground to anyone particularly any of my customers who buy RVs from us.

We just got back from a four day trip to Hocking Hills and had a fantastic time exploring the caves and trails that abound in this area. If you have never been this part of Ohio you really need to plan a trip. Even with four days we didnít have enough time to see one-tenth of what there is to see. Now for the downside of our tripÖthis Campground! It is overpriced cost me 130+ for three nights water and electric No sewer. They charge for each person at your site over one! You canít put a tent up on your site, if you want a tent you must pay for two sites! The rest rooms/bath house was only cleaned in the morning and when I reported a guy cleaning the mud off his kidís shoes in the shower nothing was done about cleaning the shower up. And the showers donít even have a shelf in them to set your soap and shampoo on, this makes it a pain in the backside since you have to pull down on a rope to operate the shower. Camp sites are not any where near level and when it rained for only one hour my site was flooded as was the fire ring that they sunk in the ground so it would fill with water! I think they could invest in their CG and update it so it is in line with the newer CG's, after all they are charging the same or more then most do for full hook up sites. We plan on going back down this fall and will be staying at a different CG this time.
