Staff was friendly, campground roads are very tight.I stayed on site # 31 which is a corner site which was a nice size. No screening between campsites. Swampy/stagnant streams surround site 31 and others.Other sites very close. Beach and pond looked clean. I stayed here with a 26ft travel trailer.

Mostlry seasonal sites in heavely wooded hilly area many of which are filled in swamps. We stayed in the Safari Field with Class A 32'. Strong septic oder when the wind is not blowing. Good Band played Saturday night. New pool.

I wasn't a fan at all, don't the the pictures on the web site fool you. I've been camping for the last 15 years and I have never felt so unwelcome. I had to slam my travel trailer into a site which had a huge slope by the fire area. We would have needed beachers to allow everyone to see the fire. The camp staff acted like the place was a library and extingished our fire without warning at 11:00pm sharp. I do not recommend this campground to anyone who has small children and has any trouble manuvering a camper larger then 6 feet long. Not an enjoyable experience

Predominately the CG seemed to be set up and accomodating seasonal campers. We stayed in the early part of the year when attending a function in Manchester. The staff was courteous and had some indoor activities in thier main lodge for kids during some torential rain we had. Lodge has a small camp store stocked with necessities. The CG is on a pond and has row boats etc with a fairly large sandy beach. Some of the tent sites that I visited over looked some derelict campers and vehicles. To attract weekenders the CG needs a little spit and polish.

Far too many seasonals in shabby condition set the tone for this place. Paid for 30 amp. service but only had a 20 amp. breaker. Sewer gas smells prevelant, fouled mouthed kids, barking dogs, etc....Get the picture? Don\'t waste your time or money on this dump. Too many other great campgrounds in NH. A huge disappointment!
