At the entrance junk cars and an old rusty algae covered rv greet you,The owners trailers look awful covered in moss from years of neglect, maintenance is awful in half the park is covered in leaves from the fall, the vinyl around the pool has never been cleaned on 10 years ,the office roof is a mess the pool bathrooms never get cleaned, the baby pool and pool area needs maintenance and paint, the lake has ceramic tile dumped in it

We stayed here in July of 2010. It was our first time camping down in nj. I will never go back to this campground. The sites are crowded together, extremely tight to get into. Too many trees and stumps sticking out of the ground. Was almost impossible to back into site!!! The staff was aweful. It was the first campground we had been to where the employees were so unfriendly and uninviting!! The pools and lake were dirty. All four of our kids ended up with the coxsackie virus when we returned home. Was the first time they ever got that virus. All in all this place was a dump!

For the amount of money for the site, I was disappointed. It was obvious that money is not being put back into the campground. Sites were unkempt, with tall grass and some seasonals were disgusting! Bath houses were fairly clean, but very dated, pay showers. Small, but nice swimming lake with nice sandy beach, about the best thing going for this place. Pool was large, so it wasn't overcrowded. Site size was decent and T2 was a good location, but T1 is a better site, near the lake. Campstore was extremely over-priced. Staff was friendly enough. No entertainment or activities at all this weekend. There are nicer places to stay in the area, keep looking.
