Excellent accomodations. Everything was good about this place - it was clean, quiet, large sites, shaded, great pool and clubhouse. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very accomodating. It is a gated facility and you feel very safe within the resort.

Wonderful park, nicest we have ever seen. The park is a lush tropical paradise, but only accepts motorhomes. Sites are paved and extremely well maintained. Bathhouse is central and clean. Nice tennis courts, esceelent pool jacuzzi. I measured the beach to be 1.5 miles with free parking. I have already made my 2007 reservations!

Just returned from HHI and want to report in. We stayed at the Outdoor Resorts HHI Motorcoach Resort. The park was fantastic. Sites are paved, private, and shaded. Park has a great resort-sized pool, hot tub and clubhouse, with WIFI. The only issue was the way they assign sites. There are no reservations for particular sites, but you get to pick from the available sites upon arrival. It is somewhat confusing to first time visitors. Bathhouse was modern, very clean, and air conditioned. There is also a workout room and 6 tennis courts. It was a little pricey at $48, but it's one week a year so what the heck. The park is located centrally on HHI and is connected via bike path to the beach, 1.5 miles (GPS measured) away. Part of the path is in the right lane of a heavily traveled road, so plan to drive to the beach if you have young kids, or are uncomfortable in traffic. Beach parking is free and plentiful at North Forest Public Beach. My only complaint would be the high cost, but I guess it is typical for a resort area. I can't wait til next year!
