Disappointed in Red Carpet Sites..site 14 & 15 have firepit right next to neighbors sewer line and are very small..the person next to me looked like their picnic table was practically under my kitchen slide...Friends site 202 was a mud pit for the five days there..Does have beautiful views and must say the Rangers/Staff are very friendly and helpful but too many nicer places to go back

A very clean site. The kids will love this place as there is alot of things for them to do. They have yogi and boo boo to greet the kids. I take my grandkids there all the time.

This is our favorite campground, we usually stay 2-3 times per year. The kids can always find something to do between the planned activities and amenities. Great family vacation!

What a great campground. This is our 2nd time here and it gets better each time. The pools are great and the water slide is nice ( extra fee ) They have a lot to do. The playground is awesome. The snack bar is fairly priced and it had great views. Note the waterslide in my pic. Lots of local attractions, I recommend tubing down the river. The only down fall is I needed a lot of blocks to lever the camper. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is our favorite campground! It has a beautiful view of the mountains, especially if you get towards the back of the campground. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We love the fact that is a secured campground. We like the fact that everything surrounds a huge open field where kickball, football or softball games are always going on. Plenty of washers and dryers, nice pools and the waterslide is wonderful for kids over five. The mini golf course is well kept as is the paddle boats and fishing pond. We recommend leaving early if your coming ANYwhere from Maryland as we have found there is no easy way through VA after 2:00 p.m.

We camped here in "deluxe comfort cabins" with a group of families, and were most impressed. The facilities are very clean, the cabins (and campground store) well-equipped, and the staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There are an abundance of child-oriented activities, including mini-golf, two pools, an inviting playground, a hiking trail, a well-equipped game room, and paddle boats, and the campground is in close proximity to Skyline Drive, Luray Caverns, and a number of horseback riding stables. Particularly for those with younger children, this campground is well worth a visit (even if the campsites are a bit close together).
