Actual dates are 4-9 Feb 12. CG very clean and well cared for. All facilities were clean. Sites are large and easy to access. Many sites overlooking the gulf.

Park does not have a lot of amenities and would not recommend for children. However the cable and Wi-FI worked fine. Everything was well maintained. For a great location and reasonable cost it would be hard to beat. Intend to stay there again and for much longer than the week we stayed this time.

Love this park! Very clean & quiet. This is NOT a park for children...there is no pool or swing sets etc. Pets allowed. Excellent views of the water and serenity make it one of my favorite places ever! We were in a small travel trailer with a dog.

This park is a real mixed bag. Cable is great, Wi-Fi works well and the club house is very nicely furnished - pool table, card tables, TV, computer, kitchen etc. They have a super store on site. On the other hand, they have a nice pool, but not heated - early March and too cold to use. Some sites contained permanent trash trailers and other sites were occupied by transient workers. The location is great, right across the street from a beautiful beach. I think the owners have to decide what they want their park to be - an park for RV travelers who want good facilities and will pay for them or transient worker park who just want a place to plunk their trailer.

50 sites. 30/50 amps. Full hookups, city water, CATV, restrooms & showers, dump, security, public phone, laundry, ltd RV supplies, rec hall. Only motorhomes were allowed on the beachside sites. All sites are very easy to get into. For us, next to the ocean is all you need to say, but the park itself was very pretty, with plenty of trees. While we were camped there we were fortunate enough to see a bald eagle land on the beach several times. Awesome. his has to be one of the friendliest parks we have been in so far. Although not everything was new, you could tell that everything was well maintained. The laundry, and club house, while small, were very clean and nicely decorated. I had the pleasure of taking a painting class from one of the ladies who did some of the decorating around the park.
