The park is pretty, and the staff take pride in keeping the walkways and roads neat and clean. They have a large dog park. Decent store and fairly priced snack bar. The sites have trees and a nice fire pit, but they are small so you end up uncomfortably close to your neighbors. Dirty restrooms. Cranky pool staff. Additional charges added at check-in for everything, which is not disclosed when one makes a reservation. Extremely difficult to get out of the park because of the excessive traffic and odd placement of the entrance. Park is not near a "Bay" or the ocean. No activities for children.

The park was clean and well maintained. The sites were level and fairly easy to get in and out of. We have stayed here before and the campground is very large (over 400 sites) many seasonal. We met a lovely seasonal couple by the upper pool who had beautiful impatiens all along their site, they had been seasonal over 25 years and were a great resource and very friendly and helpful. The park has 3 pools, camp store, a 'hot dog' stand, arcade, and entertainment at a pavilion on the weekends. The bands that played during our stay were VERY LOUD....request a site away from the upper pool or pavilion if you want to get some sleep before 10:00 pm or have small kids. One thing that was negative...the pool attendant was rude to many campers. She is at the upper 2 pools and they need to get rid of her. They way she treats guest is rude...she is just plain nasty. Otherwise, we had a great time!

Nice, clean and organized CG. Personable staff. CG activities and recreational facilities makes it an enjoyable place to stay. A bit pricey, but expected for the area. Easy in and out to MacAurthur BLVD. Convenient grocery, liqour stores and entertainment. Frequently use this park when going to King Richards Faire held in October. Close to area attractions.

We love this place! We have camped here at various times in the year with our PUP and now with our new HTT. Sites are clean, large and mostly level. The staff is as good as it gets. Facilities are super-clean. In addition to camping, there is a nice pool, camp store and a great Dog and Burger stand with very tasty munchies! Bay View offers special Spring and Fall packages which allow you to leave your rig there during the week and camp during the weekends. Outstanding place!

This campground is easy to find with the entrance right off Rt. 28. It's close to beaches, the local grocery store, clothes and gift shopping, and other attractions. The check-in was quick and the clerks were very personable. The park itself was immaculate and the facilities were very clean and well kept. They have 3 pools, 2 playgrounds, 2 basketball courts, horeshoes, volleyball and planned activities daily for both kids and adults. The ice cream parlor was a nice evening treat for the kids and the outdoor restaurant was very good but a little pricey. This campground is HUGE but some of the sites do get road noise so request a site towards the back if car noise bothers you. Our site was quiet and shaded with a picnic table and fireplace - one of the only campgrounds on the cape that allows campfires. About 2/3 were seasonal sites but they are located towards the back of the campground so pulling in and out for us was simple. Overall we had a wonderful experience and can't wait to head back for our n

On the upper Cape, isn't "near" the ocean, but it's a very nice place....spotlessly clean, large sites, lots of activities, ice-cream shop, movie rentals...a little pricey, though and requires a non-refundable deposit.
