Very nice park: nicest dog park I have ever seen. It's fenced in and goes down to the river. My poodles loved it. Everyone was very friendly. We went to the clubhouse for dinner a couple of times and the food quality was excellent and very reasonably priced. Everything was immaculate here. All the sites appear to be graveled in. Well located across the river from Parker, Arizona and about 40 miles south of Lake Havasu, Arizona. Most unusual feature of this park was a full-service pool bar with room for about 30 people. It was so popular that when I got here, there was only one stool left. Like a family bar; everyone was very pleasant. Margarettas and Bloody Mary drinks were $2. Will definitely return next year

We have enjoyed many stays at this campground. During the summer it gets hot and the pools are nice. There is also an outside snackbar that serves drinks. During the winter there are many snowbirds and they serve a good breakfast each day. It's a place for young and old to enjoy.

It is good for river acctivities only. Very crouded and dirty. The two pools had a very confused water color. No water test was done during my 3 days stay. The side had no grass nor paivement jast compacted gravel. Very dusty. No natural shade.

Emerald Desert Golf and RV Resort is a wonderful winter spot. It is between Palm Springs and Indio. It has no permanent residents. Two warm pools and 3 par golf course. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Restaurants, Palm Springs area, need I say more. On Sat. and Sun. there is a fantastic swap meet/farmers market at College of the Canyons in Palm Springs. Many snowbirds go to Emerald Desert for the winter.

Large membership campground with about 400 sites. Pull-thru and back-in sites on gravel, level sites with full hook-ups, 30-amps, cable ($), some sites shaded and some sites on Colorado River. Many daily planned activities, cooked breakfast most mornings, several evening meals each week. On Colorado River with boat ramp, near Parker Dam and easy day trips to Quartzsite and Lake Havasu City. The only thing missing from this resort is no free (or any) WiFi. Inexpensive.
