Hi, My family has been camping at Point Sebago for years and friends have gone every year for over 20. We love it! I have two kids 6/8 who ask every year when we are going back. We stay on Green road, it backs up to the woods on one side, mostly pull-thru on the other, it's a one way. Only 3 large park home rentals on this road. There are pets allowed on this road but have never had any problems. It's close to the beach/store/games and new bath house with nice clean big showers/bathroom. The kids ride their bikes all over the place. We stay two weeks, my husband plays 6 rounds of golf EARLY am (said course is great!) and is as happy as can be. My girlfriends and I go to North Conway outlets (one hour ride) for an entire day/night shopping so we are very happy too! We found that we tried to do too much the first year there, but now just go with the flow and the kids pick and choose their activities. The food at the restaurant is ok, ice cream is great. We/kids love the beach party each week with Flaming Ramond and chippy breakfast. Last year we rented a pontoon boat and toured the lake, loved it. They keep it very quiet at night (we have been told to be quiet several times hahaha!) but they don't make you put your fire out (Like Balieys) and we have never had a problem with stolen coolers/beer. There is a teen dance twice a week and you can hear the music on Green road, kids walk/laugh when it's over at 11, but I remember being 15 and enjoy seeing it. Lots and lots of families/groups. Most are repeat customers, not easy to get in, we book a year in advance to keep our site each year. I can't imagine having a bad time there.
