Stayed in Loft Mountain Campground. If you like rustic this is the place for you. Roads throughout campground are all paved. Site was large, level, shaded and fairly isolated. Ours wasn’t, but pull thru sites are available here. Rest rooms were modern and very clean. Our site was near the restroom and the exhaust fan was rather noisy, so keep that in mind if you are looking for absolute quiet. The best part of the trip was all of the wildlife. Deer everywhere, also spotted skunks, vultures and a family of wild turkeys. Kids really enjoyed the Ranger Programs, they were well prepared and very informative. Overall a great place to come and escape your everyday routine.
